The Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry has announced their intent of re-opening the Subsidy Scheme "Conservation - Upgrade" for homes. The Scheme aims at the extensive energy upgrading of existing domestic buildings. The objective is intended to be achieved by utilizing incentives in the form of grants. The Scheme covers exclusively investments related to the purchase and installation of new equipment / materials.

Within the eligible costs covered by the Scheme is the installation of photovoltaic systems.
